Áron Oberritter is a Chef de Partie/section chef at Salt. He joined Salt in 2021, and since then he has contributed to the establishment’s acquisition of its first Michelin star and a green star the following year. Although originally from Pécs, he has spent time in Dublin as well. As well as hosting dinners, he has participated in pop-up events alongside Chef Szilárd. His true passion is gastronomy in its entirety. Furthermore, Áron is approaching being awarded his diploma by Budapesti Gazdasági Egyetem.
